“I check the reviews because I am looking for specific things. I want to know about bugs, cleanliness, and bed quality. We arrived and the first room we were in the sink was broke. The water was leaking. They gave us another room. I didn’t sleep well but got just under 5 hours. My friend did shower the right before and the water didn’t drain. I pushed the open and close stuff to see if the plug was used and nothing happened but I was not reaching into dirty water to see if I could pull the plug...

“I had booked this hotel because it advertised having a fitness facility. Also for location. When attempting to get off I75 at the right exit I discovered the exit closed and had to tack on 10 mins to my very long drive I felt the hotel staff, knowing that exit was closed due to construction, could have sent a notification to anyone arriving during that closure to save the hassle of driving further north and having to come back south to get to the hotel. “Our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed there especially to go to the Air Force Museum and was surprised it was right across the street. The staff was very kind and helpful.”

“The hotel has went down hill. We have stayed multiple times before this time was different. The hotel smells real bad, like animals and stale water. I asked for a new room from the first one because it was adjoining and I requested no adjoining and the smell was awful. Second room the smell was no better. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall and the latch lock was broken. I tried telling them at checkout but of course there was a language barrier and I don’t believe she understood the...
